Representative Carol Miller (WV-1) continues to change her tune on the IRA depending on who’s in front of her. She is “disappointed” in congressional Democrats and feels we should “repeal these IRA tax credits,” when she’s asked about partisan politics but says those same “rules set by the federal government” are “bring[ing] much needed investment to West Virginia” when it’s about her constituents. Unfortunately for Miller, if IRA tax credits are repealed, all that “much needed investment” in West Virginia also disappears.
