Representative Andy Biggs (AZ-5, and Freedom Caucus chair) once called the Inflation Reduction Act a “total disaster,” but seemed to change his tune once he got wind of an LG battery plant slated for construction in Queens Creek, AZ. According to Biggs, the IRA funded plant is “fantastic news for the state of Arizona,” and the plant “expects to employ thousands of people and will help us unleash American energy.” Sounds good to us too, Representative Biggs!
